Delivery of the sales training can be done in different ways and tailored to the particular needs of a business or sales team.   These sales training courses are designed to be hands on courses focused on sales and the sales process with an optional module focused on leadership.

TRAININGS OFFERED

Efficient Sales Teams and their Managers  This course is designed for sales teams and their managers and it is offered on a per company basis. Each week individuals attend a half day group training session focused on sales topics and one individual coaching session that focuses on working with each one on improving their own sales process based on the topics discussed that week.  Sales managers will attend an extra session (week 5) to focus on leadership, management and team topics.  After the training, a couple of group sessions will be performed to strengthen the team.

Sales Success System – The Slingshot in a Nutshell   This is a one day hands on seminar on The Slingshot Sales Success System that will give participants an overview of the most important elements and concepts of the system and will give them the opportunity to evaluate their current sales process and techniques and start thinking about effective ways to improve it.

Sold! – From Good to Best in Two Days.  This is a two day hands on seminar on The Slingshot Sales Success System that will give participants the opportunity to dive into the most important elements and concepts of the system and will give them the chance to evaluate their current sales process and techniques and start thinking about effective ways to improve it.

1 -2 hour workshops  Dynamic workshops offered to groups in which individuals have the opportunity to network, learn about successful sales techniques, participate and determine the one thing they can start doing right away to become better sales people.
