Elevate Your Leaders provides an entirely fresh, revolutionary approach to developing leaders.  Whether you are looking to improve your own leadership skills or want to provide this opportunity to your already successful leaders, this program is designed with the purpose of delivering significant, measurable improvements in the leadership performance of the participants.

Elevate is a program for high-performing managers and leaders that can step up and help grow your organization. Everything participants do in Elevate Groups focuses on making measurable improvements, from achieving stretch goals for your organization to making positive shifts in specific leadership competencies.

Participants set ambitious goals at the start of the program and are expected to make improvements in their performance.  Throughout a 12-month period leaders are challenged to demonstrate at least a 30% improvement in key leadership skills and performance.  Improvements connect to increased ability to lead and take on more responsibilities, better teamwork and collaboration and productivity gains.  Even more, because the program takes place over 12 monthly meetings, and builds in assessments, coaching, training, case studies, and participant-specific situations, the results stick.

The practical focus of Elevate Groups develops skills that directly lead to better teamwork and higher performance in a context that is relevant to your organization. Groups are limited to 12 individuals and participants learn to communicate with impact, build teams, collaborate, and set a tone that enables great results and ongoing improvement.

Participants in Elevate Groups learn first-hand the impact they have on their employees, and discover a proven process to better engage and mobilize employees. They learn to “earn the right to lead” while also understanding the leadership and management style that works best for each employee on their teams. The tools are simple, practical, and powerful – and can make a remarkable difference.

PROGRAM DETAILS

 DURATION

Program is delivered over 12 half-day monthly meetings, with no more than 12 high-potential managers per group.

ASSESSMENT AND TRACKING

Detailed assessment process to capture each participant’s strengths and development needs – with a custom emphasis on what is most important to the participant’s own role, manager’s input, and specific organizational needs.

Performance tracking from baseline to the end of the program, based on goals that the participant and manager identify.

DELIVERY

Monthly Elevate Group meetings include a combination of effective approaches to professional development: coaching, training, facilitation, sharing of best practices, peer-to-peer support, case studies, and practical leadership and management tools.

One-on-one coaching sessions provided throughout the program, including two set coaching sessions plus unlimited support from the Elevate Group Leader throughout the program at no extra charge.

Specific topics include:

- The attitudes and perceptions of the leader.
- Leadership behaviors and competencies – with an emphasis on one or two behaviors that will make the biggest difference for each participant’s performance.
- Communicating simply and powerfully, with impact and leadership presence.
- Thinking comprehensively to get great ideas and develop complete solutions to problems.
- Engaging and mobilizing employees.
- Influence conversations.
- Understanding and navigating organizational politics in order to get things done with fewer hassles and less resistance.
- Building relationships up, down, and across the organization.
- Leading up: Seeing the bigger picture and improving relationships with one’s manager.
- Getting control of one’s time.
- Creating a high-performance culture.
- Building for the future, including developing leaders.
